The Four Seasons organization was launched in 2017 by a team of volunteers to bring the children of the village of eastern Salhabiya back to school after the war. It is a Raqqa-based NGO that seeks to transform the society to sustain education, welfare and development, in addition to spreading the culture of cooperation, social equality, while supporting/protecting women. With purely voluntary efforts, the organization succeeded in opening a school in Raqqa, in which 400 children enrolled in less than five months.
The team also organized various workshops to raise awareness among parents about the need to enroll their children in schools to protect them from exploitative labor. They also in organized a football league in the eastern Salhabiya village to raise awareness of the importance of sport and education.
